Yes i think it is the coaching staffs responsibility to make those tough decisions. Its never easy to pull your young starting QB. If Ponder struggles in the 1st half today you have to pull him.ITS TIME.!!! I hope it dont come to that cuz i do like Ponder and think hes got alot of upside. We cant afford to lose another game like this.

Just look at how many blogers already have written off Joe Webb as a starter. Hes started 3 games! Has Joe Webb played worse than Ponder did in the last month?? NO!!! Ponder has 20 starts under his belt and he better get it going. 5 rookie QBs are outplaying him at this time in the season.We have the best running game in the league and you cant pass the ball?? CMON PONDER, its time for you to start playing like a legit starting QB.

Young QBs have their struggles in the NFL. Ponder is no different. Cullpepper had them,TJack had them and now its Ponders turn. We didnt seem to hold back the blame on our young QBs in the past when they didnt play well. Being young and has never been and not having great recievers and a great oline has never been an excuse for our QBs. Did we give that excuse to Joe Webb?? NO!!! Ponder needs to step up our step out of the lineup. NO DOUBLE STANDARD!! NO EXCUSES!!! If Joe Webb goes in and doesnt play well are we going to give him a pass because hes young and hasnt started but three games?? NO!! We are going to say he stinks and cant play QB. PATHETIC DOUBLE STANDARD!!

When your QB is throwing for 100 yards a game it is the problem. Im not saying i dont like Ponders future, ithink he has a good one but he is shall we say “struggling” right now. Quit blaming the wideouts!! Ponder is NOT getting the job done!!

If Ponder doesnt throw the ball DOWN the field to the wideouts then its time for him to sit and watch the second half. Put Webb in and see if he can win a game for us. Harvin out is going to make Ponder or break Ponder this week. Witch one will happen is anyones guess.

If a team struggles just don’t blame the QB thats y it is a team.

We aren’t, have you seen Ponder play. It’s embarrassing. He is somewhat responsible for our poor defense when he can’t keep our offense on the field for longer than 3 plays at a time. Higher thinking….

Maybe Ponder will throw the ball to Simpson this week?? Maybe Ponder will throw the ball to Rudolph this week?? I sure hope Harvin isnt standing on the sidelines during the game cuz Ponder will throw it to him if he sees him.
