The team needs to throw more deep throws thats all there is to it. Even if Ponder gets some interceptions, he needs to take some chances down field.
Remember when Ponder threw down field against Seattle and even though he did not complete it he got an interference call? And it WAS interference! And even if Ponder gets sacked alot more, he needs to hang in the pocket longer and concentrate on checking down on his receivers. If he does, he will make some great plays by completing some long and intermediate throws and THAT will increase his confidence and his passing yardage. He needs to “GO ALL OUT”. I really believe in Ponder. When hes clicking, he looks great! Both passing and running. Front office and coaches, compell and motivate Ponder to go all out. sell out on every play. Even If he gets sacked all three downs of a 3 and out, if he comes back the next series and completes a 20 -30 yard pass, I would consider it a successful two sets of downs. The reason is that when he completes the long pass a few times, he can hand it off to Peterson for a big run, or he can play fake to Peterson and then more opportunities will start to appear and it will mushroom from there. The key is for Ponder to “SELL OUT” or “GO ALL OUT” on every passing down . By sell out I mean stay in the pocket and dont get frightened by the pass rush, concentrate on his receivers and his running backs and check down untill he finds the one who gets open. And if he gets sacked so be it. Get back up and and sell out again. He probably will get sacks and intereceptions but he will also get some long completions. Come on Christian you’ve shown us you can do it, there is nothing to be scared of, if you dont go all out you may not recover from this inigma that has set in. I for one belive that you can do it. this is the time to be Courageous! This is MAKE or BREAK time. “GO GET EM…….PONDER AND THE VIKES!”.

Vikings have the players to be a playoff team however this will not happen. WHY? Because the head coach does not see Ponder is NOT working out and refuses to bench him long enough to try Webb out. Until the Vikings owners decide it is time to kick head coach OUT they will not win games. Leslie just stands on the side line with the same look on his face no EXCITEMENT at all for what is going on out on the field. I know Ponder does not want to see the bench however it may wake him up PLAY or SIT you decide! If you don’t produce you don’t play.

No you guys are right. I was a fool to support the hope of ponders progression. We should just follow the vlad program and clean house and just start over. Lets get rid of everyone but Peterson and Harvin. Thats the only way. Give me a break. Guarantee every single one of those rookies we lost to, would have little success if they were on the vikings. Grass is always greener. Idc how good the QB is. If he doesnt have time to do anything, he loses. We should just keep wasting a pick trying to find that Goldilocks QB huh? Bunch of idiots in here. This was supposed to be a rebuilding year and all you people do is cry and moan because we lost to a bunch of teams that were better than us.

FUTURE:

1. By the time we figure out the QB deal…………..
A. A.P. will have started to lose that step or two that makes great RB’s Great.
B. Percy will not be here because he will not resign.
C. Jared Allen will also be a step or two slower.
D. Greenway also.

This team is going to be in the NFC North cellar for years!
