The defensive secondary is the best I have seen in many years on this team. They are aggressive and always flying around the ball and dont mind laying a lick on people. If they hold up this team could really do something special in the post season. The player personnel department has truly hit some good picks in the last two drafts and it shows immediately. The old adage that you cant win with youth is being challenged by the Vikes right now!!

Does anyone think we will trade our 2nd pick and Joe Webb to KC for D. Bowe and then with the first round pick find a way to Manti Te’O if he is still available or Amerson….call me crazy but this could actually happen we would get a great Wr in Bowe n then get a stud LB or a CB that can replace Winfield once he is gone

I completely agree with you Kathy. Packwhack is just a troller and knows his teams days are numbered. We are in first place in the NFC North…not the meat Packers.

Normally, I dont respond to sheer stupidity by one persons comments but I just felt compelled to respond to PackWhack. You want to talk about an UNDER-ACHIEVING franchise you dont have to look very far because its in YOU own backyard! You need to go to your own site instead of coming onto the VIKINGS site because NOONE cares actually what you think. You must be one of those RABID fans that was always trolling around our site last year; rubbing salt in the wound. But then again, this site MUST be more interesting than a Packer site is right now.

Looking @ Min drafts all the way back to ’09 have been very good. Of everyone drafted since then, there’s only 1 or 2 players not on the team & this year looks so far to be the best draft in a very long time. That’s gotta give Viking fans alota confidence going into next years draft. We’re set @ LB, but would love to see us get Manti Tei & a Moss like WR

Our defensive secondary is playing so well, and considering their age and experience it is scary to think how much better they can get. They are all under the national radar – it has been to long since we have had a secondary playing like this. I love it!

I forgot about Jerome Felton at FB myself.He’s doing his thing now opening up holes for AD & Toby.If the Vikes continue to run the rock well Felton will get his just due props along with the O-Line…SKOL Vikes….
