That should have been a TD to Simpson.
By Frederick Jones on Sep 30, 2012 | Reply
Percy had a great kickoff return to start the game. Wow!
Give a lot of the credit to the linemen in the “wedge” on that one!!!
When the return man isn’t touched and scores a TD, give most of the
credit to his blockers!!!

Excuse me, that was Jenkins, not Simpson.

Didn’t see the play so can not comment on specifics, but in general a unnecessary roughness call in the red-zone against your defensive leader (of the secondary) is a HORRENDOUS example of leadership to the young guy’s
STUPID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

By celticvikingwarrior on Sep 30, 2012 | Reply
Are you kidding me, 3.9 yards per pass attempt and less than 6 yards per completion? That is embarressing! (as is my spelling)

@celticwarrior,
Don’t forget the two long interference penalties!
We are taking what the defense gives us right now. Later on it may open up.
We have not yet taken the crowd out of the game. That is the only scary thing so far.
Other than that, the Vikings should win this one.

Some might work with Ponder – can’t roll right every time. Defense all rolling that way as well. He needs to spin left now and then.
