Why do I get the feeling that we’re still not gonna get any pressure on the QB and that Luck is gonna carve this defense up?

Wobschall- are you ready for kickoff?????

You never have anything positive to say Spencer.

Until the secondary stops turning no-name quarterbacks into hall-of-famers for 3hrs, I will continue to have a pessimistic attitude.

ohhh!! We will get pressure on Luck! I look for Luck to make normal rookie mistakes and that will come from pressure from our D

The Vikings pass rush is BRUTAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Allen rocks. Robison looked awesome last week too. Luck is in trouble for sure. I see him turning the ball over at least as much as he did week 1. If it gets too crazy they might even play their 2nd string QB. Allen needs the sacks so………..
BBAAARRRRRROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Now we see Luck get chewed up and spit out for a huge loss

Ponder has got to learn to get rid of the ball when he is under pressure like that.
By Jeffbleedspurple on Sep 16, 2012 | Reply
No offense! No defense! last years worst team in the NFL. Peterson and Harvin will have to carry this team.
By odark30 on Sep 16, 2012 | Reply
WT………..We need a good second half…..This game should not be this difficult.
By Jeffbleedspurple on Sep 16, 2012 | Reply
Guess you were right Spencer, Luck looks Hollywood! D can’t pressure much of anything.
By JE on Sep 16, 2012 | Reply
Ponder needs to get the offense going.I hope they can make the second half adjustment and get there act together or this is going to be a long day!!! O, and where is the pass rush??
By odark30 on Sep 16, 2012 | Reply
Looks like we are gonna be a second half team this season.
By odark30 on Sep 16, 2012 | Reply
@JE yeah where is the pass rush? On the Colts first drive our defense looked great…
But I guess its better to come back in the half than it is to blow your lead in the half like we did all last season….

Well the good news is that i’ll have another year that i won’t have to leave the duck swamp early on sunday to watch the vikings stink it up terrible game terrible play calling and terrible mental mistakes by the vikings they should just do all us fans a favor and start planning their draft picks for next year

vikings/indianopolis….the worst coached fb game i have witnessed, in 60 yrs. I will stay a vikings fan, but not of these coaches….different year, same smell!!
By leebo1213 on Sep 16, 2012 | Reply
I pay 200 to watch the vikings play cause im out of state……same team new year !Time to clean house, luck looked like brady today.Passing at will avoid would be defenders, this defense lacks a toughness only found on winning teams ! Take notes vikings higher ups, this team cant compete and harvin and petersons careers are in minnesota to die !

we cant beat a crippled suck ass team with a rookie qb. We are the worst coached team in the NFL. We suck ,2-14 if we are lucky.
By purplegoldman on Sep 16, 2012 | Reply
Two game in a row that are secondary gets torched by two rookie QBs. This coaching staff is lost. Every head coach in the NFL knows you must be able to pass first and run occasionaly to compete, But no ,fraizer and co are so brilliant the are going to beat everyone running the ball 50-60% of the time. How stupid are these guys. Do they realy think that they are so much smarter than 99% of the league. Get a clue Fraizer.
By purplegoldman on Sep 16, 2012 | Reply
At this point Ponders cieling is at the colegate level. He cant compete at the pro level. And i am sick of hearing him say Ive got to do better and of Fraizer saying how hard those guys played and how good our opponent was, Pathetic and worn out.

@purplegoldman I think your evaluation of ponder is incorrect. In 2 games he has given the team the opportunity to win a game. The coaching staff needs to start opening up the playbook at the start of the game not at the end when they are losing. So far this year ponder is 47 of 62 for 515 yards 2 td’s and 0 ints his completion percentage so far is 75.8% he is making smart decisions out there. With peterson still not 100% they need to start spreading the defense out by throwing the ball more early on and running just to mix it up

Nothing like penalties. Something missing from this team, there is no oomph.
By jman on Sep 17, 2012 | Reply
You all have to stop pointing the finger at Ponder….he is a Pro QB and will be a very strong QB as they build a decent team around him. The Defense looks old and slow. They can’t cover fast receivers, they don’t make plays on the ball and they can’t even stop a Rookie QB. Luck should have thrown at least 2 picks, but apparently we don’t teach D-Backs how to catch a ball. Kevin Williams is looking for a contract, but can’t even beat a dilapidated OL. What are they going to do against the 49ers, They better get their issues resolved or it is going to be a long year. Open up the offense. Lets get the ball down the field.
