Jared Allen Moves Closer To Sack Milestones

Posted by Mike Wobschall on November 15, 2011 – 11:06 am

The Vikings 2011 season has been underwhelming to this point, but DE Jared Allen continues to overwhelm opposing QBs. Allen added to his record-setting pace on Monday night by recording 1.0 sack against Aaron Rodgers and a tough Green Bay offensive line.

Allen now has 13.5 sacks for the season, which is tops in the NFL, and he has 96.5 career sacks, which is also tops in the NFL since he entered the League in 2004. He’s just 3.5 sacks away from #100 for his career, and he’s on pace to top the single-season sack mark (22.5) set by Michael Strahan in 2001.

Allen’s streak of games with at least a .5 sack is now at 11 games, which is a Vikings franchise record, and perhaps more impressive is that Allen has at least a .5 sack in 17 of his last 18 games. Only Hall of Famers Reggie White (124.0) and Derrick Thomas (98.0) have more sacks in the first eight seasons of a career than Allen; that’s pretty good company.

With just 3.5 sacks to go until 100.0, what once sounded like just a distant possibility has turned into a likely event – Allen could record his 100th career sack in 2011. He entered the season with 83.0 career sacks and needed a career-high 17.0 to get to 100.0. Now with 7 games remaining on the schedule, Allen is at 96.5 career sacks and maybe he even has his eyes on that single-season mark.

Up next for the Vikings is the Oakland Raiders, who’ve allowed the 2nd-fewest sacks (11) in the NFL next to Buffalo. Following their date with the Raiders, the Vikings play at Atlanta, vs. Denver, at Detroit, vs. New Orleans, at Washington and vs. Chicago. Of those 7 opponents, 3 are in the bottom half of the League in sacks allowed.

The QB he gets to for #100 isn’t as important as actually getting there. The bottom line is Allen has been a tremendously important part of this defense, and great part of the Vikings identity since 2008. In fact, since 2008 (when the Vikings acquired Allen via trade) only DeMarcus Ware (59.5) has more sacks than Allen’s 53.5.

He is the only good player on defense. The Vikes were embarassed last night.
The secondary needs to addressed in the upcoming draft and free agency. I support the Vikes and have for a long time, but enough is enough, get rid of Frazier.

Most of this is a repost….
how about writing a little more seriously about why the staff has doen nothing against our insanely bad secondary and OL. Why? Ponder had to run for his life every single snap. How about writing an open letter to Mister Spielmann and Coach Frazier to let them know we NEED a 1st round CB and that we NEED a 2nd round OL and that we NEED to get a deep threat receiver somehow or at least try to make Aromashodu one….
Im an international fan, I had ti stay up till 6am just to see my team be embarrassed more than ever before….DO something guys DO something! Its a disgrace we only win against the Cards and Panthers, pretty much the only teams that are even worse, and only slightly. Frazier sounds the same after a win as after a loss. He has no emotion, he just takes it calmly. People, sometimes you gotta shout at your players so they move their behinds!
Get this going, just please let 2012 be better. We are in the toughest division of the NFL, we just CAN NOT afford to make more drafting mistakes. Next draft, DEFENSE.

I wonder what Mike Singletary is thinking about working for such a losing franchise. I think we’re all tired of trying to figure this team out.

  4. By Mike J on Nov 15, 2011 | Reply

Sinletary is probably hoping Frazier does get fired during the season so he can replace him at least he shows emotions and would scream on the players after a loss not saying I want him as a coach but anyone is better than Frazier

  5. By oclvdealer1 on Nov 15, 2011 | Reply

Jared Allen is much like Nick Barnett of Packers past—needs to learn when NOT TO CELEBRATE. Celebrations on a 2-7 team getting embarrassed on nat’l tv are just plain idiotic

  6. By Mike J on Nov 15, 2011 | Reply

Guys if you look at the two games we won this season we won them by luck we should be winless right now. Against the Cards AP had to score three touchdowns his self and they still had a chance at coming back and against the Panthers we should thank Steve Smith for holding because they would’ve scored a touchdown on that drive and win, then we should think the kicker for missing to send it to over time I honestly wasn’t proud for a win like that and did you see how Frazier celebrated you would’ve thought we just won the Super Bowl

  7. By Mike J on Nov 15, 2011 | Reply

The man plays hard every game he deserves to celebrate he’s the only one getting to the QB on our team and he’s not the reason why were 2-7 if we had more players like him we would be winning more games.

Don’t hear or (see) anyone calling for Ponder’s head yet. He looked not so hot last night. But let me guess just give em time right?

  11. By Justin F on Nov 15, 2011 | Reply

Why the h ell would we want Ponder’s head? You have to be immature to think that.

  12. By Titus on Nov 15, 2011 | Reply

To think Ponder would not have a bad outing is indeed ridiculous, especially considering the O Line broke down so quickly all night. I recall Kurt Warner had five interceptions in a game a couple seasons ago– and he was still very, very good– one of the best. I am not worried about Ponder, but the supporting cast and coaches that surround him.

Firing Leslie is NOT THE ANSWER!! Maybe if our players get back to the basics and tackle better and catch better and BLOCK better we wouldn’t be 2-7 and everyone wouldn’t be calling for Leslie’s head! You guys are so fair- weathered!

  15. By jusmoi on Nov 15, 2011 | Reply

The defense SUCKS!!! Everyone except Jared,Kevin,Antoine,Chad and maybe Brian Robison. Everyone is so busy being mad @ Chris Cook but I bet you guys would have loved to see him on the field helping to try and stop that Green Bay offense that keeps burning us!!

Leslie is not a bad coach he just has faith in some of his players and they are not coming through. I’m optimistic that they will rebuild where necessary and come back strong next year because we do have some very talented players. You all just need to stop being so fair-weathered!

VIKINGS for the 2012 DIVISION TITLE and yes Leslie will be the coach and Percy will make all his haters and commentators eat their words when he comes into full beast mode next year because even hurt he’s STILL the most versatile player in the league and is good at what he does.

  23. By Mt_Viking on Nov 15, 2011 | Reply

@jusmoi.. Frazier interviewed with every team that needed a head coach..I think it was like 8-10 interviews. NO ONE HIRED HIM!!! Some “experts” said he only got the interviews because of the” Rooney rule”. My question is, what did those teams see in Frazier that made them pass up such a “qualified” head coach? I believe Frazier is NOT head coach material; I think he may be an average D-coordinator but does not have the brain and personality to be head coach!

But just to humor you I was being sarcastic about Ponder. I am just saying that I have yet to hear anyone comment on his performance last night- he didn’t do so hot- rookie or not. Why is that?

  27. By Tyler Harris on Nov 15, 2011 | Reply

Why would we thank the Carolina Kicker for missing the field goal ?

We missed our field goal, so thats why they should somehow cancel out.

  28. By suckstobeavikesfan on Nov 15, 2011 | Reply

Horrible game last night for the vikings, literally got beat in all three phases of the game. Ponder is not the problem. Green Bay literally had untouched players coming through the line, leaving him no chance but to hit the short routes for no gain. When he actually had time in the pocket, he made a few nice plays.

The biggest problem, in my opinion, is our linebackers and secondary. Our safetys have not made a play all year, even when they are in position to make a play they can’t come down with a pick or anything. Griffin is to slow to play any more and needs to be cut, he was beat by 5 yards on simple 10 yard curl routes, that is a sign that his surgerys have taken all the quickness he once had. Also, Asher Allen can not cover anybody to save his life. All four secondary positions need to be addressed in the draft.

As for our linebackers, both hendersons can stuff the run, but for whatever reason can not cover opposing tight ends for whatever reason. I love Greenway as a player, but he is overrated immensely. If you watch him, the only plays he makes are when the running back, WR, TE, or whoever have already gained 10 yards. Top notch linebackers in the NFL are making plays in the backfield and laying the wood when anyone dare come across the middle. Greenway does not do that.

Lastly, it is obvious we are poorly coached. Every series last night ended up in 2 and 20, 3 and 15 etc and players are making stupid mistakes all over the field(false start on a field goal? on a field goal you dont even go forward, you stimply hold your ground and make a wall? PATHETIC!!!.) which is the sign of a 2-7 and poorly coached football team.

Ah, I get you jusmoi– your post was a double twisted helix sarcasm– a bit tricky to tell on a blog. I didn’t think it added up with your other postings. I can tell you if Ponder has one more bad outing everyone will be complaining. Microwave mentality in the country and world. People have forgotten about the “process” to “earn and develop” a champion. The real world is not high speed Internet. If we want a championship we have to build– and not change the blueprint and architect every time the sky falls– nothing of substance will ever be built.

The problem is simple guys…we don’t have enough young talent on our football team. The lack of talent in our secondary is especially scary. I don’t think Griffin or Ash should be on this team next year. Sanford and Abdullah look terrible. Did anyone notice last night that the Packer’s secondary reads the QB and jumps routes while our secondary watches the receiver catch the ball, and then try but fail to tackle the wr. I seriously think the Vikings should think about trading down and selecting two CB’s and a Tackle or WR. The fastest way to improve this team is to obtain as many draft picks as possible.

Its 10 times worse losing on national tv like that to that team when you live in Packer country. It makes for a truely horrible day at work haha. I am encouraged by the play of Ponder. The rest of this season will be to continue his growth. I really hope that he becomes something special, and fast. I want AP to have a legit running mate while he is in his prime. I wasnt a fan of the way the offense abandoned the run. Down 14 or 17, one td gets you right back in it and you absolutely need to utilyze your best player.

I love all Minnesota sports. Yes the Vikes are down this year, the good news is the NFL consistently has teams that go from bad to first almost every year. 49ers this year. Our O line and secondary need help and Ponder needs to get his feet wet the rest of this year. All of you that say fire Fraizer fire everyone let me just say that the kiss of death to any team is instability. As I recall Rodgers was not too good his first year starting. Give the team a little time and i think we will be fine. Lets get a stadium and keep the Vikes here. Even most packer fans would admit that they would like to keep one of the most eclectic divisions the NFC north intact. The minnesota wisconsin border battle means a lot, and Vikingsfool you show little class coming to a forum of a team you just smacked and talk big. SKOL VIKES

I think after a loss like we had with Green Bay. The Vikings would be ok with letting the fans vent. To remove the mailbag comments doesn’t reflect well on the Vikings Organization. Packer fans are feasting this year– of course, they are, because it has been a long time– what 50 some years since they started 9-0. I don’t blame them for enjoying it and putting it in our faces, but do they have to act so stooopid?

  144. By Parody on Nov 15, 2011 | Reply

You don’t really think the Ponder draft wasn’t purely a need based decision? There was a cornerback and a DT still available who were expected to be top-10 sections. There was plenty of other choices there that were higher prospects than Ponder. Nobody expected him to get any higher a selection than late first-round. He was a reach based on need – AND we had almost as big of needs in the other areas that had more legit projections at the pick.

Can’t blame the Packers team for them either. If the Steelers would have won the SB last year those same people would be polluting the Ravens site. They say with any organization it all starts at the top. The Green Bay Packers have put an organization in place that allows them to compete at a high level, year after year. I was in a bar watching the game, no sound, but I saw a stat flash on the screen that said that I believe it was 47 of the 53 players on the current team have only played for the Packers. ( I hope that is right ) With that type of continuity in their organization, their ability to draft consistently well and put top flight coaching staffs in place it is no wonder that they won the Super Bowl last year and may again this year. Ted Thompson has done a tremendous job in Green Bay. I have alway felt that the Vikings have gone on the cheap when hiring their management teams and it shows and is the reason that we go through so many hills and valleys. We need to build a solid organization from the top down or we will never be able to compete consistently for a championship. Rogers is having a season for the ages, we should not have been surprised at the outcome last night. It was a “perfect storm” situation with the best pass offence in football meeting our dazed and confused pass defense.

Sack stats are not impressive. Sacks are the result of poor blocking and poor decision making by the QB. While it is nice that Jared Allen has alot of sacks, it does nothing for the defense as a whole. Football is a team sport which is why giving individual statistics attention is misleading. The entire defense should be credited with sacks, Ints, etc. The entire offense should be credited with scores, first downs, yards for passing and rushing. When he gets a sack, Jared Allen(or any other player) is the recipient of poor execution by the offense as well as good execution by the defense. Lets not get so hung up on individual stats that we lose sight of whats really important; the way the TEAM played.

Maybe if the Vikes built a team from the ground up like the Packers do, they’d be great again, but fans will want everyone fired before that happens

As for paying for a new stadium, assume the new stadium costs one billion to build. Three hundred thousand fans contribute $2000 each equals six hundred million. The Wilfs contribute 400 million and voila! I am sure there are 300K fans in MN who could come up with $2000, payable in monthly installments for 12 months at $166 per month, to keep their team in MN. If you are a true fan you should be willing to donate the money. What if there are 500k willing to contribute? Or one million? Should be pretty easy for dedicated fans to finance this project. Then the Wilfs could bypass any public funding.

I want to know why with five minutes left in the third and us down by four td’s we were not running a hurry up offense? At least try to act like you wanna win. Na not us run the b-all with AP, huddle, pa-ss, huddle, pa-ss, punt. Why are carries that could go to one of the best backs in the league going to Percy Harvin? I’ve always thought to myself when I watch Brady, Manning, Rodgers, Rivers, Brees it must be nice to run the hurry up to keep defenses off guard. Everyone knows our DB’s su-ck but the Henderson project needs to end as well. Winfield it’s been a he-ll of a ride but tis time to retire. As for coaches, I’m a firm believer in improvement from year to year and you get three to five years to get to playoffs. If you can’t do it by then (even with rebuilding), GONE. Ho-ly Sh-it that catch by Rudolph, why is that dude not gettin more looks?

I agree – Rudolph provides great potential for the future of our team. The only thing our offense is lacking right now is a line that can protect the QB. Sure, we don’t have a stretch WR – but with everything else we have on the offense, we just need to give the QB time to find one of them.

Did anybody notice how much time Rodgers had on most plays? If we could put together an offensive line that effective, this team would be able to win with a parapalegic at the helm.

To those calling for new wide receivers to provide a deep threat… does it look to you like our QB has the time to let his receivers get deep before pulling the trigger?

Justmoi and your ilk… yeah, FIRE FRAZIER. What has he done for this team since he’s joined? Our defense has been a total joke in the p@ssing game since Tomlin left. He’s done nothing to improve this team this season as head coach.

Of course, he’s not going to get fired. They’ll waste the rest of this season and all of next before the Wilf boys finally pull there heads out and figure out he can’t coach. Oh, and just STOP saying its his first year… he stunk as the DC and he’s no better at HC.

That being said, it isn’t all his fault. We are woefully lacking at OL and DB.. .as has been said countless times on this site and on national TV last night. You can’t make a silk purse out of a sows ear, and we have piles of pig ears. A GOOD coach would realize that he doesn’t have the men necessary to be successful in the plays and protections he’s devised and comes up with ones that have a chance. Not our coaches, though. Let your franchise QB get smoked all night rather than leaving a guy in to protect.

So go ahead and be a fan. It’s people blindly following their leaders that have nearly wrecked this country… we might as well wreck our beloved Vikings as well.

LOOKING ahead because thats all I can bare to do at this point I think we have a shot at beating the Raiders because they are prone to turnovers and if McFadden continues to be hurt we have a chance. We can take Washington and Denver for sure.
Atlanta, New Orleans, Detroit, and Chicago will not be so easy but maybe the bears will rest their players so we can pull of a W to end the season. So probably like a 4- 12 record for 2011.
At the beginning of the season I looked over the schedule and decided that 4- 12 was the worst the team could go.

  259. By Rocksalt on Nov 16, 2011 | Reply

It takes a lot of work to figure out why an NFL team is lousy.

In the Vikings’ case, hours of film study and covert conversations with NFL insiders who are so inside they don’t even reveal their own names to themselves reveals that this team’s X receiver fails to execute dig routes out of the stack formation in the red zone when facing zone blitzes out of the Tampa 2 scheme.

There is that, and there is this: The gentlemen who wear purple just aren’t very good.

They keep saying they are. Late Monday night, after the Packers eased to a 45-7 victory over the Vikings at Lambeau Field, tight end Visanthe Shiancoe kept speaking of the disappointment he feels when he sees such a talented offense fail to move faster than a minivan in a school zone. “We have so much talent,” he said.

Shiancoe is a good player and an earnest guy. He’s also wrong.

Nine games into the 2011 season, the Vikings are 2-7. Over the past two seasons, they are 8-17. They have squandered chances for victories; they were also lucky to beat a bad Carolina team. Their record is an accurate reflection of their aggregate abilities.

Let me insult this team by saying it’s playing as hard as it can.

At a glance, the NFL appears to be a star-driven league. In reality, quarterback play, roster depth and coaching have much more to do with success than individual greatness at any position other than quarterback.

The Vikings are proof. Running back Adrian Peterson and defensive end Jared Allen are two of the best players in the league, and together they will miss the playoffs for a second consecutive season.

Because the Wilfs are pursuing a stadium, the front office craves job security and Leslie Frazier is trying to prove himself as a head coach, the Vikings have been desperate to wring every victory possible out of this season.

They should stop. High draft picks are more valuable to this franchise than meaningless 2011 victories.

For realists, the meaningful portion of the schedule ended when the Vikings started 0-4. Even an idealist can see now that the best this team can do is win a handful of games. Here’s how the Vikings should approach the last seven games of the season:

    1. Rest Peterson: Most great running backs have the shelf life of organic, whole-wheat bread. Don’t waste Peterson’s legs chasing a third or fourth victory. Save him for the future, when he might be of some use in a playoff race.

    2. Test Chri stian Ponder: No more rollouts to take advantage of his running ability and simplify the game. He needs work running an NFL offense from the pocket. Give him lots of practice.

    3. Go young: Hold tryouts on the offensive line, defensive line and in the secondary. The current players aren’t getting it done; see if you have any surprises on the roster that can fill a hole.

    4. Evaluate Frazier and his staff: Everyone admires Frazier as a human, but he and his staff have yet to prove that they’re capable of running an NFL team. While Jim Harbaugh is proving what a dynamic coach can do, the Wilfs have seven more games to decide whether they made the right hire.

    5. Stop blaming Brad Childress: The Wilfs blamed Mike Tice for the team’s mediocrity in 2005, then blamed Childress for the team’s downturn in 2010. Both teams were flawed in ways that coaching couldn’t fix. So even if the Wilfs blame Frazier for this season, they need to recognize that the roster must be overhauled, too.

    6. Get more out of Chad Greenway: He’s going to have to collect s acks and create turnovers to justify his contract.

    7. Cut ties with fading veterans: Steve Hutchinson and Antoine Winfield will be considered for the NFL Hall of Fame. E.J. Henderson and Cedric Griffin have admirably played with pain. But this is not a sentimental league. If they can’t justify their 2012 salaries, they shouldn’t be back.

The Wilfs have to take a hard look at everyone in their employ. Losing is no longer an aberration, or even a trend. It has become a matter of routine for the gentlemen in purple.

GREEN BAY, WIS. – There are times in sports when you have to, as athletes like to say, tip your cap; when you get beat by a superior performance.

This was not one of those times.

The Packers are a great team. They needed only be competent on Monday night to destroy the confused and inept Vikings.

Green Bay’s 45-7 victory at Lambeau Field, which set a record for margin of victory in this rivalry, was more a product of Viking ineptitude than Packer supremacy.

    “Disgusting,” Jared Allen said.

    “Atrocious,” Visanthe Shiancoe said.

“Obviously the way we played in the second half showed the gap between our teams,” coach Leslie Frazier said.

Fifty-one weeks ago, the Vikings lost 31-3 to the Packers at the Metrodome, and Brad Childress got fired. Monday’s loss won’t prove as transforming, but it was every bit as embarrassing.

The Packers’ first touchdown resulted from a busted punt coverage. Their second touchdown resulted from a defensive scheme that left a safety 1-on-1 with the Packers’ best receiver, Greg Jennings. Their third score, a field goal, resulted from two defensive backs failing to make a play on a fourth-down pa ss to a tight end.

The Vikings had one good chance to score in the first half, on a long field goal, but Fred Evans committed a false-start penalty, and Ryan Longwell’s resulting 52-yard attempt fell short.

The Vikings had trouble lining up in time for a third-and-short play and were forced to call timeout. With the best running back in football at their disposal, they failed to expose the Packers’ weak run defense, much less their corroded pa ss defense.

They went offside on the second-half kickoff. They jumped offside on third-and-10 on Green Bay’s first drive of the second half, helping the Packers to a touchdown they scored when Cedric Griffin, a cornerback known for his tackling, got run over by Jordy Nelson.

Before the last play of the third quarter, they had 12 defensive players on the field, forcing them to take a timeout. Early in the fourth quarter, the Vikings defense negated a sack of Rodgers when Tyrell Johnson committed a hands-to-the-face penalty.

Sometimes great teams force their opponents to make mistakes. Most of the Vikings’ mistakes, on Monday as for much of the season, were unforced. Because of the bye, the Vikings had 14 days to prepare. They appear to have spent most of that time practicing jumping offsides.

The Packers didn’t so much knock them out as watch them trip over their own shoelaces.

The Vikings did exploit their most obvious advantage, as Jared Allen and Kevin Williams pressured Aaron Rodgers all night. The pa ss rush excelled, yet all the Vikings gained from that was the sight of Allen doing his pantomime-la sso act with his team hopelessly trailing.

Allen is having an excellent season, but he might want to check the scoreboard, and his team’s record, and whether he was even given credit for a sack, before he calls attention to himself. He did his sack dance three times in the first half yet was credited with just one sack as his team fell behind 17-0.

Don’t blame Chris tian Ponder for this mess. He threw one terrible pa ss, on a flea-flicker that didn’t work, and otherwise had nobody open downfield, because the Vikings have no one who can get open downfield.

Don’t blame Adrian Peterson. He faces more stacked lines than any back in football, and his teammates aren’t good enough to make teams pay for defenses’ obsession with him.

Blame the coaches, not because they are ruining a good team but because the mediocre team they run so often looks unprepared or disorganized. The Vikings are getting outscored 91-27 in the third quarter, the mark of a team that can’t adjust on the fly.

“We’ve got to make sure we’re concentrating,” Frazier said. He also said: “I thought we would come out in the second half and close the gap, and it just didn’t happen. … I felt like we had a good plan.”

The Vikings planned; the Packers laughed. Again.

one thing though rocksalt, its too easy to say that a team needs to make halftime adjustments. you are not in the locker room at halftime, so how do you know. Every team makes half time adjustments, but when the Vikings have little talent on thier team it’s hard for bad players to compete with great players. saying that a team needs to make half time adjustments just shows that you dont know everything, maybe i was wrong, maybe you arent a smart fan. stoopid

Vikingsfool walks into his bedroom with a sheep under his arm and says…”Darling, this is the pig I have sex with when you have headaches.”

His wife is lying in bed and replies…”I think you’ll find that’s a sheep, you idiot.”

Vikingsfool says…”I think you’ll find that I wasn’t talking to you.”

@ Glory hunting Vikingsfool – I do know about winning as i’ve been a Laker fan since i was a kid watching Magic Johnson at the olympics. I stayed following them during the Kobe/Shaq split and when they missed the playoffs. That’s what loyal fans do (not Packers), we stick with our teams no matter what!

Now that the NFL season is past the half-way point, I think it is a good time to reflect on the 3 main reasons why fans are not happy with the overall directions some teams have taken, especially the Vikings.

In 2009 the Vikings were one first down away from the Super Bowl and this season, just 2 seasons later they have posted only 2 wins out of nine games, why?

    1. Unrestricted Free Agency. The players wanted and received the ability to attract the highest dollars they could get for their playing abilities. However, most of the free agent signings do not equate into instant success on the field. (Philadelphia, New England, Miami)

    2. The Salary Cap. The owners needed to protect their ability to make money with their franchises, so to not look like the NBA, the owners agreed to give the players UFA if they could get a hard salary cap. BTW, the slary cap is paid by the television contract the owners signs with the various cable and television networks, the money does not come out of pocket.

    3. The NFL Draft. The league sponsors and endorses the draft as an exciting time for each team to restock their shelves with fresh new talent, some of which is exciting, most not so much.

The fans also play a part in the demise of having a franchise to root for that competes successfully for more than 4 seasons in a row, i.e. serious playoff runs, by paying for season tickets and buying NFL Licensed team gear. Sure its cool to show your loyalty with everything from headware to footware and everything in between. However, who benefits from your purchases? The League, The Owners, and The Players, as they have agreed to have a revenue sharing business the needs us the fans to not only remain passionate about a particular team, but to support the hords of products and services offered by their “Official Sponsors!”

If you do not like the direction your particular team is taking with their performance on the field, initiate a campaign to not purchase the inferior product. We all know the folly of this thought, as the NFL is the best thing going for sports and entertainment in the country.

So even though it is totally illegal to gamble on sports outside of sanction casinos and sports books, we still have sportscasters telling us the “line” for each game. Even though the technology exists for every imanagable viewing angle, we still have Refs missing calls. And even though we desire a Super Bowl Championship for the Vikings, they cannot seem to figure out the game of chance of UFA, The Cap and The Draft.
