Dolphins Strike First, Lead 7-0 In 1st Quarter

Posted by cjsiewert on September 19, 2010 – 11:32 am

The Vikings offense opened the game with a nice drive but was unable to put points on the board because of a failed 4th-down try that surrendered possession to Miami.

The Dolphins were able to put up the 1st points of the game on a 9-play, 73-yard drive that lasted 4:47. The drive was sparked by a 1st-play 46-yard pass from QB Chad Henne to WR Brandon Marshall down the Miami sideline. The Dolphins continued to establish their offense through the use of the Wildcat formation.

The drive was capped off on a 5-yard pass from Henne to WR Brian Hartline.

What the heck is up with that site? Everything I post is not allowed to be seen. I saw one mindless comment I made in there, everything else was blocked for no reason. Why would anybody want to chat in there?

Where is WCCO…….forget that…where is our run defense………where is our offense?
We just don’t have anybody who can stretch the field on offense………..we need to find a way to win this game today and then go get Vincent Jackson and he can play when we come off the 4th week bye! We need to find a way to beat Miami and Detroit……come off the bye with our team together!

I agree, put Camarillo in there and see if Berrian has any Bench Warming skills. If not, just cut him cause things are getting cold in MN.

Oldschool & I have been around too long to be overly optimistic- I have seen the Vikings lose 4 Super bowls I have been heartbroken in 1998,and last year.
Today, this lack of effort suggests that the team is not prepared-that falls on Childress, We are getting an old fashioned asswhuppin today.
