Vikings Arrive At Candlestick Park

Posted by Mike Wobschall on August 22, 2010 – 3:37 pm

We’ve arrived at Candlestick Park and are getting settled in for tonight’s Vikings-49ers preseason game, which is set to kickoff at 7:00 p.m. CT. It looks like weather conditions will be pretty good, with not a cloud in site and temperatures remaining moderate.

Tonight’s game is being televised nationally by NBC and locally by Kare 11. Al Michaels will handle play-by-play duties, Cris Collinsworth is the game analyst and Andrea Kramer will be the sideline reporter. Stay tuned to the broadcast at halftime because NBC will air a taped interview with QB Brett Favre.

We will be streaming the post-game press conferences live right here on vikings.com, so be sure to log on after the game to catch comments from head coach Brad Childress and others. We’ll also be live chatting during the game on vikings.com.

I think all of us, ( Viking Fans ), need to pull our heads out of the clouds and understand that is going to be a long rough season….we have one of the toughest schedules if not the toughest…..and from what I have seen so far…..our “O” Line still sucks and so does B. Mckennie! Brett will not make it through the season if they don’t get it together! If Sidney and Percy don’t get it together either………rough!

I live in Las Vegas and whenever the vikes are within driving distance, the wife and i are there…Yes there were alot of vikings fans at Candlestick Park ,but we didnt outnumber the 9ers fans..i dont care what you say about Brett,it just isnt rite him being in purple..please Brett retire or become a QB coach…i have allways supported the vikings no matter what and im in my 50s…but i just cant see Brett Favre being the man to do it,lets think of our future and give Sage a shot,i dont think TJ is the answere either ,but how can either one feel(or prove themselves) when a member of our biggest rival takes the job away from them,.But no matter what happens this season – win or lose. thank goodness for the NFL package, because i have never missed a game, and will allways support my team…SKOL VIKINGS…oh and ps Tater why are you even looking t this website if thats all you can say..maybe your the loser
