The first 19 picks in the 2010 NFL Draft have now been decided with some of the more obvious selections coming early – Sam Bradford at #1 followed by DTs Ndamukong Suh and Gerald McCoy.

Some movement occurred between the 11th and 13th picks with San Francisco moving up 2 spots from 13 to 11, selecting Rutgers OT Anthony Davis.  Miami traded the 12th overall pick to San Diego, where the Chargers took RB Ryan Matthews and Philadelphia moved into the 13th spot picking up LB Brandon Graham.

With the Vikings set to make their 1st selection at the #30 spot, here’s a look at a few of the top remaining players left on the board:

Given the situation, the vikings made a good move. They may need to move up in round 2 or 3 to get a player, and those extra picks could come in handy.I think we have done quite well the last three years in the draft. Having said all that I wonder whether they will regret not moving up a pick or two and taking either Wilson or McCourty. It feels like they eluded us just like when Jonathon Vilma and Neil Smith were taken right before us. Sometimes I wish the Vikes would move up when a good guy is right in their grasp. On the other hand maybe the front office will end up being geniuses.

The Vikings organization knows what they are doing. They have proven it with Brett, Percy, Jared, Sidney, Adrian, etc. etc. etc. So, I have faith in them!
Good luck guys! The main thing to do is get Brett back and protect him and beat the Saints game one! Love the Vikings!

T Jax is still desrving of being the QB of the future. The Vikes need a dominating blocker on he right side of O line. A mauler who has the bulk and disposition to kick some arse and allow a balanced running game.

I think the options are Bruce Campbell, Clausen, Brice and Mays as target players …. be nice if they could trade down and get 3 of four. As long as they do their homework it could be possible I think. RB is the fifth spot to address. What dio you think?

Not so sold on cook though he should work out ok. Price is gone but can mays, clausen or campbell be there at #62? I only think campbell has a chance to get there. Hope they have a rb in mind in case they are all gone.
